Sunny Sunday afternoon in Christchurch

12 hours 15 is a long flight, even when you have a good meal, a flat bed and Cars to watch so we were pretty woozy by the time we landed in the grey Auckland morning. Brian who pushed my wheelchair through security was quintessentially kiwi friendly, we caught a glimpse of Abel Tasman and the Canterbury plain and by the time we made it to Christchurch and picked up the 4WD we have blinding sunshine - and the arts centre market is open, with the usual food alley and tempting jewellry. And sethops should be here any minute - and we're still awake!
