Remarkably trendy

After three weeks of conferences, meetings, hanging out with friends, good food and shopping we've flown down to Los Angeles; this is a 28 hour layover on the way to Auckland and Christchurch and we're spending the night in the remarkably trendy Mondrian. So select the name isn't anywhere on the facade, sending us round in circles; and just after I'd made a joke about not getting lost because the kerb crawling laws say if you pass the same point twice in four hours you're in trouble. The decor is off the wall, the sushi is excellent but odd (he Elvis roll has tempura banana, eel, avocado and peanut sauce for example) and the mango mojito is much better than the wireless connection which doesn't work from the bed...
