I've lived for years with the knowledge that Brian Eno wrote "The Microsoft Sound" (or whatever it was called) so I'll just have to stop buying Fripp and Eno albums... :-)

Fripp isn't vicious but he's not complaisant either. And he was having a go at VCs rather than MS, of course.

he's spiking the VCs and the record industry on one neat rapier; it's nice to see dry and cultivated venom isn't restricted to Georgette Heyer
